My name is Yinghao, and I am currently a Ph.D. student at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). My research interests lie in the areas of Judgement and Decision Making, Deviance, Individual Differences, Morality. Broadly, I am passionate about advancing organizational effectiveness and fostering well-being in the workplace.
